If you want to stay in a nice comfortable home while you are visiting Florida, this is the home for you.  

We are Back!  After a 3 year break we have decided to offer our Paradise Bay home again as a vacation rental home.  Let us be your Home Away from Home!!  

Our Paradise Bay home can offer you and your family the privacy you want, while providing all of the comforts of home at very reasonable prices.  Located only minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico, many vacation attractions, and some of the most beautiful beaches in the country, why not Come and relax with us!

The home is fully furnished and ready for your vacation in Florida.  With 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms, a large living/dining/kitchen open floor plan and a fantastic in ground pool area, this is where you want to stay during your visit to the Clearwater Florida area.

The property is centrally located between the Gulf Beaches and the city of Tampa in the quaint little area of Safety Harbor Florida.  The Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater Beach are just minutes away.  Orlando is also a short 90 minute drive, making day trips to Disney and Epcot very convenient.

Rates

The following chart reflects our rates.
Cash, Cashier check, or money orders accepted.

Plus applicable Florida taxes.
Cleaning fee and all monthly utility charges are included.
*Minimum 4 night stay
Pool can be heated for an additional $45.00 per week.

 

Check in is 4PM

Check out is 11AM

Up to 4 adults.  Add $15 for each additional adult per week.

 

Deposit

A security deposit of $300 is required for each week of stay.  It will be returned to you no later than 1 week after your departure.  Security deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival date.
